Accessible via a 240-meter-long bridge, this attic apartment in a detached two-family house is located in the tranquil Waase and awaits to become your new holiday home. Inside the apartment, you will find a harmonious interplay of comfort and functionality. The heart of the accommodation is the light-flooded living area with an integrated loggia, which is almost entirely glazed and conveys a balcony-like feeling with its balcony door.
