The approximately 60 m² vacation apartment is perfectly tailored to the needs of 1-2 adults, though it can also comfortably accommodate a toddler up to 3 years old and up to four people thanks to a sofa bed and a child-friendly "Hobbit" room. Along with a spacious bedroom featuring a large double bed, there's a living area with a dining nook and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. A bathroom with the option of a bathtub or separate shower completes the interior, leaving no desires unfulfilled. The outdoor area entices with a meticulously maintained garden equipped with sun loungers, a grill, and a beer table set under a pavilion for relaxation.
