The detached house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with an adjacent allotment garden. The apartment has a separate entrance that leads you to the heart of the approx. 55 sqm apartment via a staircase. The premises include a very large and spacious living room with adjoining kitchen, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, free WiFi and many other amenities. Pets are welcome by arrangement with us. We ourselves include a Bordeaux mastiff called "Molly" and a Forsthofer mini pig called "Pumbaa" among our loved ones.

Whether culture or just letting your soul dangle in the middle of nature, all this is possible in the immediate vicinity. "Mülheim an der Ruhr" is not considered the oasis in the Ruhr area for nothing and therefore offers many facets to serve your own interests in the shortest possible way. From the historically grown and very distinctive family cohesion in the "Pütt" has grown over the years a very family-friendly environment, which enables larger families, like ours, a variety of leisure activities.
