To prevent causing inconvenience for the neighbors, The apartment is equipped with a sound detector which in case there is a loud sound in the apartment the guest will receive a message or phone call to be cautious about the amount of noise. The apartment has a private parking space of 4x4 m. you can see in the picture, the parking area is covered with black flooring. Please note that you can't park on the sidewalk or in front of that garage door with a "no stopping" sign.
