This beautiful holiday apartment offers everything your heart desires with 70 square meters of living space. With a ceiling height of 3 meters and windows in all directions, it is particularly bright and inviting. The generous layout and ground-level construction make it ideal for guests with mobility impairments (however, it is not fully wheelchair accessible). The cozy king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) is nestled in a nook and ensures restful nights. The open dining area and open kitchen with a counter invite guests to cook and enjoy together. The shower room and separate toilet provide additional comfort. A spacious wardrobe and a large private entrance area complete the offering. The terrace in the well-kept garden is equipped with garden furniture and offers space for, for example, golf carts, bicycles, and e-bikes. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area and the beach is just a short walk away.
