The 51 m² holiday apartment Marianne is located close to the centre of Radolfzell, not far from the beautiful Lake Constance. On the first floor of a residential complex, the apartment is wheelchair accessible and consists of a spacious living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a granite worktop, one bedroom with a queen size bed (with separate mattresses) and a built-in wardrobe as well as one bathroom with a barrier-free shower and a washing machine. The property can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television. A baby cot and a highchair are available upon request and a shared coin-operated dryer is available in the basement. Just 30 m from the door you will find a bus stop for the city bus and in approximately 5 minutes on foot you will reach the market place. Directly by the station you will find the lake promenade with a pier and various facilities. The nearest bathing beach is Herzenbad and can be reached on foot in 21 minutes (1.7 km).
