There are 2 bus lines to the S-Bahn (S1 Neufahrn) and one bus line to the U-Bahn (U6 Garching-Forschungszentrum).
A REWE supermarket is just 150 meters away and easily reachable on foot, open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The A9 motorway (towards Munich/Nuremberg) is 4 kilometers away, and the A92 (towards Deggendorf/Munich Airport/Augsburg) is accessible within 5 kilometers.
Discount supermarkets are approximately 3 km away. The River Isar is also about 3 km away.
The Allianz Arena football stadium is 15 km away or can be reached by taking the bus to Garching-Forschungszentrum and then the U6 subway for 3 stops.
