Welcome to our stylishly furnished loft "Nautica". The loft is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. Coming through the front door, you will find yourself in the beautiful, maritime-themed dining room. Here there is room for six people at the contemporary dining table. There is also a wardrobe for your personal belongings. In the upper area, in addition to the open modern kitchen, with everything you need, you will also find a bedroom with a pull-out bed, which can be extended from a lying area of 80 × 200 to 160 × 200. You will also find a bunk bed here. There is also a small but modern bathroom with a shower. In the lower area you will find the living room with a 55 inch Smart TV. Here you can also enjoy movies via various streaming services. In addition, there is a cozy box spring bed for two people. For our little ones, a high chair is available as well as a travel cot. The Wi-Fi is free of charge in the accommodation. Games and books for adults are also free to use. Bed linen and towels are included. A parking space is located in the backyard. Quiet time between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. must be observed. IMPORTANT: Visitor's tax per day in Rostock: 3.70 EUR per adult, 1.45 EUR for children between 6 and 14 years, children up to 5 years are exempt. Payment is made separately after booking directly to the owner/management.

The holiday apartment Nautica is centrally located in the beautiful spa town, Warnemünde on the church square. Here you will find numerous shops, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and so on. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, and the white, fine-grained sandy beach of Warnemünde is one of the best on the German Baltic Sea coast. Furthermore, it is not far to the train station in Warnemünde. From here you can reach Rostock city centre in just a few minutes by S-Bahn. The historic town centre and the city harbour with its maritime flair will inspire you.
