The flat has two large balconies with a view of the Kaisergebirge and the surrounding mountains. The village centre of Oberaudorf is 1 km away and can be reached on foot, by bike or by car. There are shopping facilities such as a bakery, supermarket, butcher and the tourist information is also centrally located. The train station is within easy reach, it is 500 m away and offers travel options to Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck. In summer there are various options for mountain and cycling sports, hikes and walks, e.g. to the Reisach Monastery and the Auerbach. Winter sports such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing, skiing and hiking are possible in the nearby surroundings. Parking for cars or bicycles is available in the locked, communal underground garage and there are three parking spaces for cars in front of the house.
