Vacation apartment in the heart of Lörrach including the KONUS guest card, which is valid as a free ticket on buses and trains in the Black Forest. Centrally located yet very peaceful, this bright vacation apartment is available for booking subject to availability. The apartment is completely newly furnished, fully equipped, and features a spacious balcony. Amenities: Fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and cutlery. Bedroom with a large bed (160x200cm) and bedding. Bathroom with bathtub, towels, and a hairdryer. TV and internet are included in the price. Parking on the property is allowed for regular cars. However, please note that parking for larger vehicles such as VW vans (minibusses), campers, vans, and similar is not permitted. There is, however, the option to use public and free parking spaces located 60 meters away from the property (subject to availability). You are welcome to use our parking spaces for loading and unloading your belongings. There is a bicycle storage area in the courtyard. Important: This is a single accommodation unit, and you have the option to book for up to 4 people. If you book for 1-2 people, you will have access to approximately 50 square meters of the apartment. The room with the single bed and the pull-out sofa, which can be used as a sleeping option, will not be accessible in this case. However, when you book for 3-4 people, you will have access to the room with the single bed and the pull-out sofa as a sleeping option in addition to the entire apartment, which will be approximately 85 square meters in total. Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free household. A baby crib is not available. The vacation apartment is not suitable for craftsmen and technicians.

There is a bus stop right in front of the house, making it a perfect starting point for trips to France or Switzerland. Basel city can be reached by public transportation in about 15 minutes, for example. Approximately 90 meters from the house, there is a supermarket (Lidl), and a large outdoor swimming pool is also in close proximity (270 meters).
