Our holiday apartments are located in the heart of Bacharach’s historic old town – one of the most beautiful places in the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley. Just a few steps away you’ll find romantic half-timbered alleys, wine taverns, excellent restaurants, the boat pier, and scenic viewpoints such as the Blücherblick, the Heinrich Heine Lookout, the city wall and the ruins of the Werner Chapel. Burg Stahleck with its panoramic views is also within walking distance. Bacharach is perfect for active guests: several stages of the RheinBurgenWeg and Rheinsteig hiking trails start right outside the door. You can easily reach the Loreley, Bingen, Rüdesheim, Koblenz or the famous Geierlay suspension bridge by train or boat. Tip for families: there’s a playground and ice cream shop right in town. Wine tastings and regional cuisine with a view of the Rhine await culinary travelers. Everything is within walking distance – train station, supermarket and restaurants are just minutes away.
