Ideal location for outpatient rehabilitation and dialysis. Facilities: We offer three apartments with 44 sqm each, which are located in the same house. Apartment with south-west balcony: Lovingly furnished 1 room apartment, approx. 44 sqm, raised first floor for 3 persons plus baby. Well-equipped kitchen, 4-plate stove/oven, refrigerator incl. freezer. Washing machine, bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, magnifying mirror. Large living-sleeping room with functional sofa (sofa bed) and sofa bed, TV, internet access.Sunny south/west-facing balcony, approx. 23sqm, barbecue and sun loungers.Apartment with south/east-facing balcony: Lovingly furnished 1 room apartment, approx. 44 sqm, mezzanine floor for 3 persons plus baby.
