Welcome to our 2020 modern renovated, fully equipped holiday flats in Bayerisch Gmain - nestled in the wonderful mountains of our region. Our house has 2 holiday flats of 60 m2 each with the same, high-quality furnishings. Our bright and spacious flats offer enough space for 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children). Further occupancy on request. The flats have a wonderful mountain view and offer an ideal starting point for hikers and bikers, as well as for skiing and climbing. Bicycle and ski cellar are directly in the house. In our region, there is hardly a wish left unfulfilled, both culturally and culinary.
We are a non-smoking house with our own free parking space directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. You are very welcome - we look forward to seeing you! Your family Sommer
The flats are centrally located between Bad Reichenhall (3 km), Berchtesgaden (16 km) and Salzburg (20 km). It is about 150 m to the federal border to Austria. EDEKA, gastronomy, bakery, doctor, pharmacy and savings bank are directly in the village, as well as in the neighbouring village Großgmain (Austria) - partly on foot. The tourist information is located in the centre of the village (1 minute by car). Bus connections in the immediate vicinity - approx. 2 minutes on foot, further connections in the village (2 minutes by car). Train station in the village.
