Property information

Welcome to our apartment Alpspitz! This cozy and central 2.5 room apartment is located in an annex of a well-kept residential complex on the 1st floor with a gallery. After a short entrance area with cloakroom you enter the large living and dining room. The kitchen offers all the technical equipment you would expect. Apart from the bedroom (real wood parquet), the entire apartment is equipped with a natural carpet and you also have a cozy balcony, where you can look over the rooftops of Garmisch in good weather, on the Alpspitze. The bedroom has a large double bed with fitted wardrobe and direct access to the balcony. From the living room you reach a spiral staircase to the gallery, which is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Adjacent is the toilet. It is a non-smoking apartment. We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed here. An outdoor parking space is available for you. Free Wi-Fi!
