Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment and the owner lives on the same property. The apartment's energy supply is sustainably sourced from solar energy, and amenities include a fireplace among other features designed for comfort. The interior is functional with a bedroom that can be darkened and a bathroom equipped with a shower. For cozy evenings, the fireplace provides warmth and ambiance, while the kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle for daily use. Entertainment and comfort are well catered for in the apartment's interior. The exterior features a welcoming balcony, although it is shared with a neighboring apartment, continuing the opportunity to enjoy time outdoors.
