The spacious 240 m² farmhouse in Falkenstein, in the Vorderer Bayerischer Wald, accommodates up to 12 guests with 17 beds across a living room and 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms—one with a shower and bathtub, the other with a shower and toilet—as well as a separate WC on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, freezer, plus all necessary utensils and dishes. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating in all rooms, TVs in every main room, washing machine, workspace, self check-in, 2 baby cots, a high chair, as well as toys and books for children. Outside, a welcoming terrace with ample seating, a private grill, and a fire bowl invites you to relax and dine outdoors. Children will love the slide and swing. A large parking area for several vehicles is available. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am must be observed. Check-in is from 3 pm. Your hosts live on the property but not in the rented house. Three large dogs and three horses also reside on the farm.
