Your accommodation is the optimal starting point for a relaxing holiday in the region, no matter how you want to spend your free time, whether with sports or culture or other beautiful activities, everyone will find relaxation in their own way here.
In the house there are three cosy holiday flats for 1-3 guests on the upper floor/ground floor; the flats have free guest WLAN, satellite TV, cooking facilities; the flats have shower/WC or bath and their own balcony. Apartment 1 - Sparrow with approx. 60 sqm for 2-3 persons consists of: two comfortable bedrooms with east/west balcony, a living room with east balcony, SAT-TV and fitted kitchen with electric cooker/fridge/dishwasher, two showers/WC`s. Apartment 2 - Woodpecker with approx. 45 sqm for 1-2 persons consists of: a cosy living and sleeping area with balcony, a separate fitted kitchen with cooker, shower/WC with skylight. Apartment 3 - Schwalbe with approx. 58 sqm for 1-3 persons consists of: 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with corner bench and SAT-TV as well as cooking block and oven; the flat has a large south-facing balcony as well as shower/WC or bath/WC with skylight.
Your quiet accommodation is located on the western outskirts of Marquartstein without through traffic, bordered by grassland and with parking at the house.
