The room does not have its own toilet. The bathroom and toilet can be used in my apartment via the stairwell.
Our house is located in a small town, about 10 minutes from Memmingen. Here you are absolutely rural.
No shopping, but our place offers a super good restaurant.
Memmingen is the gateway to the Allgäu. in 1 hour to Munich or Lindau or Füssen.

5 minutes walk to the bus stop.
8 minutes to Airport Memmingen by car.
We live with our dogs on the 1st floor, with a large garden.
