The completely new 45m2 apartment offers room for 1 to 4 people and is located in a quiet residential street in the western area of Leipzig - about 4km from the center. Public transport and various shops are within walking distance. In addition to the fully equipped bedroom with a large double bed, the apartment has a living room with an additional sofa bed, a cozy dining area, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small balcony.

The apartment is located in the west of Leipzig, close to the Karl-Heine-Straße. Many attractions are in walking distance: Between the famous Felsenkeller and the König-Albert-Bridge you will find a great selection of cultural attractions, small shops, cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants. The center can be reached by car or tram in 5-10 minutes. The Arena, the Central Stadium, Clara Zetkin Park or the Leipzig Zoo are very accessible. Ideal base to explore Leipzig! You will love it.
