There are 3 lockable bedrooms each with a double bed and a living / dining kitchen with dining table, sofa bed (120cm for 1 person) and a 55 inch smart TV. The apartment has a sunny west-facing balcony. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. ☆ All bedrooms have a storage shelf, fan, windows and can be darkened with blinds and curtains. The apartment has air conditioning. ☆ Access is possible at any time via a digital door lock. The apartment is for your sole use. Make yourselves at home! :) ☆ We provide high-quality bed linen, towels and a welcome set of coffee and tea. Now I would like to give something back and give you the opportunity to experience a bit of home in the beautiful surroundings of Munich! ☆
The spacious 4-room apartment with 3 bedrooms is ideal for smaller groups and families who are looking for a quiet retreat with privacy in addition to the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to the fast internet connection and height-adjustable desks, it is also perfect for workations / remote work / work stays in Munich. ☆ You can reach the quiet apartment in the north of Munich by car or public transport. From Munich Central Station, it is approx. 20 minutes by train (S-Bahn S1 line) to Oberschleißheim station. From Munich Airport it is 23 minutes, also by S-Bahn S1. From Oberschleißheim station it is then less than a 10-minute walk to the apartment. Alternatively, bus lines 292 or 293 stop directly in front of the building. ☆ The apartment is close to Munich Airport, the Allianz Arena of FC Bayern Munich (15min by car), Munich city center (20min S-Bahn S1) and Octoberfest, or for visits to Oberschleißheim Castle. For water enthusiasts there is also the largest thermal spa in the world, the Therme Erding, or the newly opened O2 Surftown Munich (20min by car). The Munich Trade Fair can be reached in approx. 25 minutes by car.

1. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 at the latest. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay in cleaning will be liable for any resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their home. Please contact us if you want to book in your own home.

3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not allowed, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the non-smoking policy will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

5. Guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 50€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.

6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with pets are kindly requested to contact the property prior to the stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking cards.

Systems for measuring noise levels may be installed in the dwellings to monitor excessive volume. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to the host immediately.
