Feel at home in this cozy attic apartment in Kassel's northwest! The special thing about this charming apartment is the modern furnishings and the open living and dining area. Many locations within the city are quickly accessible from here. The 39m² apartment is equipped with a 1.40m double bed as well as a cozy sofa bed. You will also find a 4K smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. You can check in yourself at any time. The flat is equipped with a decibel sensor to detect and avoid events and parties. An online check-in form must be completed before arrival in order to comply with the requirements of the Federal Registration Act.

Our apartment is located in the district "Rothenditmold" of the beautiful Kassel. This part of the city is characterized by international industrial groups and small companies, handicraft businesses and studios. Allotment garden clubs and Döllbach Auen provide the green balance here. The city center, the Kulturbahnhof and the Wilhelmshöhe train station can be reached from here in 15 minutes.
