Our Apartment is overlooking the lovely town of Kallmuenz which is also home to a quite nice art scene.
We always have been interested in other cultures and lively people. This influenced our approach to be hosts ourselves a lot. We always think about what we would like to find in a place and try to make the stay for our guests more like living in a home rather than a hotel.
So if you have an idea what we could improve, please let us know!

You can park your car right on our property.
Just down the road you enter the old town of Kallmuenz which is right at the rivers Naab and Vils and is quite scenic. The town is at the bottom of a small mountain, on top you can discover the old castle.
In Kallmuenz you can also find a canoe and kayak rental for a lovely cruise downstream the river.
