After 10 years as an engineer in the automotive industry, I figured out that welcoming people from other places can be a great complement to being a guest by myself during my travels around the world. The house is located in a quiet area near Munich center (10-30 Mins by bus to the center) & the highway A8. Furthermore the accommodation offers high speed WiFi, Netflix, 1 shared kitchen, 1,5 shared bathrooms and a laundry room. The busstop is 150m, Ostbahnhof is 10mins, Hauptbahnhof is 25 mins and Messestadt Ost is 30 mins away. Restaurants & supermarkets are in walking distance.

My house is well located near to public transportation bringing you quickly into the city center or to the main convention area. It is a quite and save area with some nice restaurants, breakfast bakerys, fast food, a good supermarket and a pharmacy in walking distance. The highways A8 is reachable in 5 mins, so it is the perfect location to make a stop on your way from or to the alps, Austria or Italy.
