I am interested in art, design, architecture and music. In my apartment there are many great books, a large sofa and other cozy places to read or relax. I attach great importance to a stylish, individual interior. In addition, I am sociable and like to invite friends home to my roof terrace or to my large table.

Property information

Spacious attic apartment with great terrace for relaxing in the government district in Berlin Mitte. Centrally located and quiet. Near main station, Spree and Friedrichstraße with attractive restaurants and shops. Theatres, museums, Brandenburg Gate and Berlin sights within walking distance. Very stylish and modern furnished with open kitchen/living and dining area. Two double beds, one of them in the gallery open to the living room with spiral staircase. The other one in a separat bedroom. -------------------------------------------------------------- In the living room there is a spiral staircase to the gallery with 1 large double bed (king size). The roof windows are equipped with bright blinds. (no blackout curtains!). The other double bed is in an extra bedroom. The apartment is located on the third floor of the residential building. There is no lift.

Neighbourhood information

In the direct vicinity (max. 200 m) are a drugstore, a supermarket and various bistros and restaurants. The Spree invites you to go for a walk or a jog. The government quarter, Museum Island, Friedrichstraße and Tiergarten as well as the Charité are within walking distance. A bus stop is just around the corner. Various S-Bahn/U-Bahn stations (U-Bundestag / Hauptbahnhof / S-Friedrichstraße) are about a 10-minute walk away.
