We are getting new neighbours
A new development is being built opposite to the Hapimag Resort Dresden in the Neumarkt-Quarter. The development called Palais Hoym will include apartments, a hostel, commercial space and underground parking. The construction work started at the beginning of July 2018 and is expected to last until the end of November 2025. During this time noise disturbance as well as dust is to be expected.
