Our 85sqm holiday home is located directly on the forest with a fenced garden, several seating areas, a barbecue area and 3 bicycles and is located directly on the Weseleraue local recreation area and the Hohe Marksteig. The holiday apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bed 160x200 and the other 140x200, living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is also equipped with a Saunalux sauna cabin. The apartment has a fireplace and of course firewood is always there. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed linen and towels are also available. In the garden there is a table with 5 chairs and a seating lounge and a gas grill. Various shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. You can go on beautiful tours on the Lower Rhine by bike. The bike ferry to Xanten can be reached by bike in a good 10 to 15 minutes. Since our holiday home is in a residential area, the following quiet times are 9:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Bringing pets is permitted, but there is an additional fee that must be paid on site (max 2).
