This unique property offers a charming experience in a main house filled with exclusive details, complemented by a "witch house" specially equipped for adventurous overnight stays for our youngest guests. Two dogs are warmly welcomed to reside in the spacious surrounds of the main house, providing an idyllic retreat for your furry friends. The holiday home impresses with its lavish interior, leaving little to be desired. For children, the witch house offers an unforgettable play experience – a simple prior arrangement with the landlord is sufficient to explore this special place free of charge. Such amenities ensure a stay that meets the needs of all guests. The accommodation ensures that your stay will be both relaxing and adventurous. Spread over a 9,800 sqm plot, there are only three holiday homes, offering plenty of space for nature explorations. The grounds are carefully fenced, including a special 180m² area for dogs. Enjoy barbecue evenings on the sun terrace or secure a spot for cycling, as bicycles can be conveniently stored in the bike house. The location opens up numerous recreational opportunities in the region, such as Heide Park Soltau or Snow Dome Bispingen. With a minimum stay of four nights – with the possibility of exceptions by arrangement – you can spend an unforgettable time there. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
