In the attic, you will find a bright studio with access to the east-facing balcony and its own shower room. Two single beds, a sofa bed, and two workstations offer flexible usage options. On the first floor, there are two equally sized bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. One of the rooms features a south-facing balcony. In the basement, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a workstation, and a wardrobe. The ground floor offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen as well as an open-plan living and dining area. There is also a third WC in the entrance area. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and a desk. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.

The Gauting S-Bahn station is within walking distance and offers direct connections to Munich’s city center as well as the surrounding countryside. Up to three private parking spaces directly in front of the house ensure a stress-free arrival by car or motorbike.
