The neighborhood is very quiet. at 300 meters you will find an organic supermarket, several pharmacies, drugstore market DM, drugstore market Rossman, bakery, banks, doctors etc.. 500 meters away you will find more normal supermarkets like Rewe, Aldi, Penny etc. also more doctors and facilities. At 300 meters there is also a tree-lined path where you can jog, for sports enthusiasts. And in the opposite direction, 500 m away, there is a river with a small path for those who like walking, running or cycling. It is very cozy. You can also watch the sunset in Draeger Park, 1 km from the house.
