The large smart TV with Waipu TV makes film evenings a pleasure, and the small but well-equipped studio kitchen has everything you need to fulfil your culinary wishes. The newly renovated bathroom has a modern shower - fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo are of course included. And the best thing? You're right in the centre of the action but still in a quiet location! The Altstadtmarkt is less than 100 metres away and the Kohlmarkt just 300 metres. Restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and even the VW Hall are just a few steps away. Coming by car? For your convenience, we have reserved a permanent parking space in the multi-storey car park (300m). Please note the opening hours. You live right in the city center of Braunschweig - in a quiet residential street. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. You'll find restaurants & supermarkets nearby, so you'll have everything you need for a great stay in Braunschweig. Public transportation is also nearby. The main train station can be reached by bus or streetcar in 15 minutes. You arrive by car? We provide our guests with free parking in the multi-storey car park approx. 300 metres away. The opening hours of the car park are Monday - Saturday 07:30 - 20:30. It is not possible to enter or leave the car park outside these times. The car park is closed on Sundays/ bank holidays. The maximum height for your car is 1.85 meters. Further information: We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome set with coffee capsules and tea and we provide spices, as well as vinegar + oil for cooking. Additional services: - late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional charge - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an extra charge.
