The apartment is located in Winterberg city but very quiet place, perfect location for Ski, Motorcycle and Mountain Bike fans. 20 metres to Winterberg mainstreet, 250 metres to the Skiresort, 800 metres to Bikepark Winterberg, you can almost walk to do everything. 2. The apartment is much bigger than most hotel rooms(41㎡), with kitchen, bathroom and private parking space. 3. Very comfortable and clean bed, sheet, towel and bath towel, we also offer for our guests Welcome-Drinks (Water, Coca-Cola, Orangejuice, Beer and Coffee),they are totaly FREE for you. 4. 55 inch Sony 4K smart TV, with YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, DAZN premium accounts, you are not able to be boring in the evening. 5. Beautiful landscapes, whatever you come in Winter or Summer. 6. Very friendly and enthusiastic host. If you come by train, maybe we can pick you up at Winterberg Railway Station, with a Porsche or a BMW Z4, and you don't need to pay for this!
I am Manfred Schubert, a 70 years retired German, I only speak german, but my business partner Joachim speaks german, english and chinese, we both are very friendly, easy-going and enthusiastic. Welcome you to Winterberg, whatever which season, whatever for ski, motorsport, MTB or hiking.
Winterberg is very famous small town in Nordrhein-Westfalen, the centre of Sauerland. A lot of people and tourists from Holland, Germany, Belgien, France, Denmark, even from England with car, train, motorcycle or cabriolet, come here for Ski, motorsport, mountain-bike sport. There are not only the biggest skiresort Skiliftkarussell Winterberg in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kahler Asten(842 metres above sea level)--the top of Nordrhein-Westfalen, also the famoust Bikepark Winterberg. From our apartment, it's only 20 metres to the downtown, 250 metres to the Skiresort, 800 metres to Bikepark Winterberg, and 2.8 kilometre to Kahler Asten. If you don't like Ski, you also can come here with your Cabriolet, Motorcircle, MTB for a cool summer. Normally, Winterberg is 6~8 degree cooler than most West-Europe cities in Summer.
