Welcome to HOMELY STAY, your home away from home. This apartment is the perfect place for a good rest after a long trip, an exciting day of sightseeing or a hard day at work: - 30m2 private balcony with green garden view, midday and evening sun. - Large couch and TV for maximum relaxation. - Huge sleeping bed for golden dreams (xxx x 200m). - Books and board games for entertainment and education. - Large open kitchen for best coffee and tea. - Contactless check-in - Freshly renovated in 2020. - Free parking right outside the front door. INFO: Before check-in, a digital check-in form must be filled out for all arriving guests. This is obligatory. The security deposit is 300 Euro.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a charming little village called Pellheim (about 400 inhabitants) with plenty of space to relax and quiet neighbors. Pellheim has a unique location: all expressways go around the outside of Pellheim but none go through it; so it is very quiet at all times and yet you can be in Dachau, the next largest city, in just five minutes. Munich is 20 minutes away. During a leisurely walk, you pass horses, squirrels and other cute little animals, which have long been missed in the city. A large children's playground and a soccer field are also just a five-minute walk away. A train station with free parking is only 3km away. From here, it takes about 20 minutes by train to Munich's main station, which is located in the heart of the city.
