❤️ WELCOME! 🌟 INVOICE POSSIBLE UPON REQUEST. The entire half of the house is available to my guests without restriction: 3 floors including a garden and free parking. When booking, please be aware of the night flight noise, as the airport is not far away. Also, we urge you to respect the nightly hours 22:00 - 06:00 o´clock, especially outside and on the terrace. Neighbourhood information

This townhouse is in a residential area. Although the house is close by the highway (2 minutes), the residential area is shielded from traffic noise. The proximity to Cologne-Bonn Airport ensures airplanes over the residential area. However, the triple glazing perfectly shields the aircraft noise in the house. HOWEVER noise sensitive people should not book this property. ÖPVN Bus stop - approx. 100 meters/yards away. The bus (510) goes directly to the train station. ICE train station Siegburg-Bonn - approx. 3.5 km/2 miles away. Train to Cologne main station, approx. 25-30 min. Train to Bonn main train station, approx. 20-25 min.
