The house is in the Erpfting district, 5 minutes from Landsberg am Lech by car. This listed house was restored by us. Behind the house, with separate access, there is a large garden. There are also 4 bicycles available for FREE in a tool shed. In the large bedroom there is a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2 m, in the small bedroom there are two single beds measuring 0.90 m x 2 m. The house has a ceiling height of just over 2 m and has everything you need on vacation . There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. It is an ideal starting point for leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, to various lakes such as Ammersee, Starnberger See, Wörthsee, Forggensee and the Via Claudia Augusta cycle path. We personally ensure that our guests feel at home and can relax in the beautiful surroundings. We are happy to answer any questions you may have as we were born in Landsberg and also live here. I, Annette, am 55 years old, married for 32 years and have 3 children. I enjoy sewing and making upcycling bags etc., and I enjoy swimming and cycling in my free time. We really enjoy living here in Landsberg, the beautiful flair of our Lech weir, the ice cream parlors and cafes. These invite you to beautiful evenings in our old town. The house has 68 square meters and has two bedrooms and a ceiling height of almost 2 m. It is suitable for four people. There is a corner sofa and a dining area in the living room. Since the well-known Via Claudia Augusta cycle path is just around the corner, we provide our guests with 4 bicycles free of charge. Have fun in Nettes Ferienhaus

Landsberg/Erpfting is very centrally located for excursions, whether to the lakes or in the mountains, bicycle tours (cycle path via Claudia Augusta leads through the town), rollerblading, hiking, Sights e.g. Neuschwanstein Castle. Mountain hike to the Landsberger Hütte, steamboat trip on the Ammersee. It's 20 minutes to Skyline Park Excursion to Andechs Monastery and much more. In winter, some ski lifts can be reached in about 20-30 minutes. There are supermarkets in nearby Landsberg (5 minutes by car). There are two restaurants with beer gardens in town. One of them 20m around the corner.
