A natural swimming area at the Hofsee lake is approx. 1.5 km away and a restaurant approx. 4.50 km away, further catering facilities and various shopping facilities can be found approx. 6-7 km away in Waren (Müritz). The centrally heated (partly underfloor heating), tastefully furnished non-smoking flat with insect screens on the bedroom windows can be reached via an open external staircase and a shared corridor. This flat for up to 8 people is spread over two levels and has a total of 3 bedrooms. There is a spacious living area (sofa bed & extra bed for 2 people, flat-screen TV, music system) with open-plan kitchen (dining table, electric hob with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pad coffee machine). A bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV, a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer) and two further bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, which can be reached via an open staircase to the living area. There is a balcony in front of the entrance area. Parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, free WiFi and an outdoor area with a covered seating area, parasol and barbecue are also available to all guests. Baby equipment (cot incl. mattress, blanket, high chair) can be provided on request. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption.
