This air-conditioned attic is freshly renovated with authentic styling and comfort. The 4+1 configuration offers up to five travelers an enjoyable stay in a central location. Through the private entrance you go on the old wooden staircase into the winding apartment. On the crashing real wood parquet, turn left to the bedroom and living area, on the right through the kitchen to the roof terrace. The small bathtub may count as a team building measure. ;-) It is an old house (1880), centrally located between downtown and train station. I really enjoy living here, the squeaky floors and rushing pipes are just part of the experience. [entrance area] A separate entrance is on the side of the house. It leads directly into the lower hallway, where there is ample space to leave suitcases during the stay, for example. A wooden staircase leads to the upper area. [flur] The upper hallway connects all rooms, in the boxes on the wall there are utensils such as power bank, cleaning utensils or first aid kit. [bedroom] In the bedroom is the 160 double bed and a dresser where the upper drawers as well as the clothes rail are available for the guests. A monoblock climate (rated 49db) ensures that the room does not heat up too much. [living area] Whether in front of the TV or in a cozy circle with board games - in the combined living and dining area, it's easy to relax after a long day. [dining area] A separate dining area with elevated chairs. [bath] The small bathtub offers everything you need. The washing machine, fresh towels and a hook strip to hang. A hair dryer is available. [kitchen] The kitchen is fully equipped, only an oven is not available because of the connections. 2-burner induction stove, microwave, fridge with ice box and coffee machine and a selection of teas are available. [roof terrace] The roof terrace is on the 1st floor and is out to the garden and street. Awning, dining area or lounge furniture are added.

I’m a social and open minded person - spending time with friends and family is what gives me energy. Being very energetic, I’m into sports and love being outdoors. The apartment is centrally located, train station and supermarket are easily walkable. A garden view is provided from the rooftop, to the left and right are residential streets. Despite being a quiet neighborhood, pedestrians may walk by and it can be somewhat busy in the morning.
