We have summarized all the amenities that should characterize a good holiday apartment in a small footprint.
When it came to furnishings, it was important to us that no compromises were made on quality: an extra-wide bed was just as important to us as a fully equipped kitchen, of course with a stove and oven. A large refrigerator is a must, as is a dishwasher. The bathroom has an extra large shower and a washing machine for longer stays. For entertainment, there are several streaming offers on the television.
The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating.
This is rounded off by the sun terrace, which can be accessed directly via the balcony door. Here you can sit in the sun, grill and chill almost all day long. From here you can also access the garden
