The park-like campsite is embedded in a dense mixed forest in the middle of the local recreation area Dutzendteich. It is surrounded by the football stadium, the public pool, the ice-arena and the fair grounds. It is 3 km away from the A9 motorway and therefore ideal for a stop-over to the South. It is also very interesting for business people who participate in one of the international fairs which are taking place right next to the campsite. Annual events such as the “Rock im Park” festival or the DTM-Championship are taking place 500 meters away so it is ideal as a starting point for a visit. Also the PALAZZO by Alexander Herrmann has its tents next to the KNAUS camping park every year from November to March. You can look forward to enjoyable hours in which masterful cooking meets award-winning acrobatics, and exquisite delicacies are offered in a relaxed and humorous atmosphere.
