The owner, Jackie, is an architect, photographer, and documentary filmmaker living in Germany, whose passion for design and historical buildings is reflected in every detail of the villa. He speaks German, English, and Chinese, and is happy to welcome guests from around the world and engage in conversation with them.

Your Accommodation Villa Nisa accommodates up to 8 adults and 3 children across two independent living units: • Main House: Includes a living/dining area, two bedrooms (3x double beds), a children’s gallery (3x single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest toilet. • Second Unit: For groups larger than five, this additional space features a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Shared amenities include a laundry room (washing machine/dryer), air conditioning, wood-burning stoves, and electric heaters for year-round comfort. Outdoor Highlights Set on a 2000 m² property, the villa boasts: • Two trampolines, a barbecue area, and a garden house with dining amenities. • A sauna (under construction) and optional rentals like a bouncy castle with a water slide.
