The lovingly furnished apartment extends over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with an atmospheric wooden beam ceiling and a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing evenings. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. A separate toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—ensuring restful nights. Another bathroom with a shower is also available here. Enjoy the sun on your own terrace! The living room leads directly onto the terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair and invites you to relax. Comfort and entertainment for the whole family Pure relaxation: -Enjoy sunny hours on your own terrace with a cozy beach chair and garden furniture. -Relax after an eventful day with Netflix or listen to your favorite music on the Bose sound system. Our Föhr story... As enthusiastic Föhr lovers, we searched for a long time for the perfect place to share our love for the island with others. At the beginning of 2018, we finally found it. With a lot of passion and attention to detail, we extensively remodeled and renovated the apartment from January to May. Since Easter 2018, it has been shining in new splendor and offers our guests a cozy home for the most beautiful time of the year. Our favorite places: Excursion tips for Föhr, Amrum, and Sylt For culture lovers and village explorers: Wyk auf Föhr: Stroll along the Sandwall Promenade, one of the most beautiful in Germany. Enjoy the view of the Halligen islands, watch the hustle and bustle in the harbor, and discover the many small shops and cafés. Nieblum – The captain's village: Nieblum is rightly considered one of the most beautiful villages in northern Germany. Stroll under the old lime trees, admire the magnificent thatched captain's houses, and visit the imposing “Friesendom” cathedral. Museum Kunst der Westküste (Alkersum): An absolute highlight for art lovers. The collection includes outstanding works that deal with the themes of the sea and the coast. The accompanying café is also worth a visit. For nature lovers & active vacationers: Mudflat hiking in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site: A guided mudflat hike is an unforgettable experience. Learn all about this unique habitat. Tours start from various locations. Bike tour around the island: Föhr is a cycling paradise. The network of paths is excellently developed and takes you through picturesque villages, past wide fields and along the dike. The Goting Cliff: The island's only steep coastline stretches between Nieblum and Utersum. Take a walk along the cliff at sunset. Rent a bike and explore the picturesque village of Nebel with its historic houses and famous lighthouse, the island's landmark. Sylt – The lively neighbor: A trip to Sylt is a day trip for explorers.
