This stylish flat is located in the heart of the city of Oldenburg. A modern style combined with comfortable furnishings makes this flat unique. The 1-bedroom flat has a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom in mint condition. The city centre, the train station, cafés, shopping facilities, the EWE Arena and public transport are within easy walking distance. The car is protected day and night in a multi-storey car park.
The flat is located between the station and the city centre near the harbour promenade. There are bakeries, late-night shops, a cinema, a laser tag arena and various restaurants for culinary needs in the immediate vicinity. For sports enthusiasts, there is a fitness studio and beautiful jogging routes nearby. Public transport is directly on site.
The flat is in the immediate vicinity of the train station. The parking space is in the multi-storey car park there, a few minutes' walk from the flat. The access card is deposited in the flat and can be used from check-in. The city centre, harbour promenade, Weser-Ems-Halle and train station are within walking distance.
