Our modern and cozy apartment with a spacious balcony, a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a workspace is located close to the city center and in a quiet location.
The Ludwigsfeld bathing lake is within walking distance and offers a great opportunity to relax after a hard day's work or a stroll through the city.
We rent modern and individual apartments to leisure and business travelers.
The accommodation is located in the Neu-Ulm Ludwigsfeld district and is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building.
Free parking is available in the neighboring residential area. From 18:00-7:00 the parking spaces behind the house can also be used. Suitcases can be unloaded in front of the door at any time.
The bus stop is right outside the door.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to get into town by car and about 15 minutes by bus.
There are several supermarkets, bakeries, butchers and restaurants in the street.
The accommodation is only 4 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot from the Ludwigsfeld bathing lake.
