Every booking includes a clean tent with a comfy air mattress, a pillow, and clean sleeping bags — and we always recommend grabbing an extra one for those colder Bavarian nights. Breakfast is included each morning, with hot tea and coffee available for as much as you like to help you start the day right. Our reception area is the heart of the campsite. It’s where people naturally come together — with games, activities, and a relaxed, social atmosphere that makes it easy to meet friendly travelers from all over the world. Whether you arrive solo or with friends, you’ll never feel out of place here. We don’t charge extra for bedding or mattresses — everything you need is already included, so you can spend less on accommodation and more enjoying Oktoberfest. The campsite is located in Thalkirchen, one of the nicest spots in Munich and home to the famous Munich surfing wave. We’re the closest campsite to the Oktoberfest grounds — just a short walk and you’ll be inside the beer halls within around 15 minutes. The site itself sits beside a beautiful river where you can visit the famous Eisbach wave. There’s also a bar and nightclub on site, open into the early hours for anyone not quite ready to call it a night. With thousands of international travelers staying here every year, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people and good energy throughout your stay. The campsite even has its own bus stop, making it easy to get around the city whenever you need. All you really need to bring is yourself — we’ll take care of the rest.
