The apartment is centrally and yet quietly located at the end in Gundelfingen a.d. Danube on the upper floor of a two-family house with good transport connections to the A7 and A8 motorways. The apartment is divided into a spacious and fully equipped kitchen in an open living and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), two bedrooms each with a single bed (90x200), a bathroom with shower and a balcony. Of course, the kitchen includes, among other things, an induction hob with oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and cutlery. In daylight bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet, a washing machine, towels and hairdryer are also available to our guests. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180x200), the other two bedrooms each have a single bed (90x200). In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, internet radio, 55" Smart TV with Netflix connection, a Playstation 4 games console and from here you have direct access to the balcony. Parking spaces are available free of charge on the property directly in front of the house.

The house "Am Spitalgarten" is quietly yet centrally located in a residential area in Gundelfingen a.d. Danube. The house is surrounded by a large garden with old trees. The balcony invites you to enjoy the sun. You can easily reach a supermarket and restaurants on foot. The A8 motorway with the Günzburg or Burgau exits and the A7 motorway with the Heidenheim and Giengen exits are only around 15 minutes away.
