Historic yet modern. Quietly located in the courtyard with its own entrance, centrally located in the old town ring. Beautiful courtyard with seating, small winter garden, modern shower room. Fully equipped kitchen, separate 2nd toilet Free parking with a short walk in Weiherstrasse and the surrounding area, paid parking in the old town ring.
In the middle of the historic old town of Durlach. Cafes, restaurants, bakers, butchers, shops, swimming pool with sauna, tram stop, pedestrian zone are all in the immediate vicinity. Karlsruhe is not far away and can be easily reached by public transport, by bike or by car.
