When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Our cancellation policy is based on the number of rooms booked to provide planning security for both you and us. For bookings of up to 4 rooms, the standard policy applies (cancellation until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival). For group bookings of 5 to 7 rooms, a free cancellation period of 3 days prior to arrival applies. For 8 to 12 rooms, this period is extended to 7 days prior to arrival. For 13 to 19 rooms, free cancellation is possible up to 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings of 20 rooms or more, the free cancellation period is 28 days prior to arrival. For all group bookings (5 rooms or more): Guests will be contacted separately to confirm the different cancellation policy. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

Important note: If multiple separate bookings are made by the same booking party or individual for the same period, the cancellation deadlines will be applied to the total number of rooms across all bookings.

Additional note: The stated deadlines may be adjusted and tightened during peak travel periods or for special events. The final terms and conditions will be sent separately and must be confirmed by the guest.
