Dieses Apartment im Erdgeschoss befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im Herzen Nürnbergs, einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang von der historischen Stadtmauer entfernt. Das City Apartment bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche und 1 Schlafzimmer. Das Apartment verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche (Wasserkocher, Toaster..) mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. In dem gemütlichen Wohn- Schlafzimmer ist ein Sofa , das groß genug ist um darauf zu schlafen. Das City Apartment befindet sich im direkt hinter der Burg.Ins Zentrum sind es 10 min zu Fuß. An den U-Bahnhof “Friedrich Ebertplatz” ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt . Von dort fährt alle 5 min die U-Bahn u.a.zum Hauptbahnhof, Messe und Flughafen .
Seit einiger Zeit vermiete ich unser eigentlich nur privat genutztes Gästeapartment. Es macht mir eine große Freude Gäste aus der ganzen Welt willkommen zu heißen und zu sehen wie wohl sie sich hier fühlen und eine tolle Zeit privat oder geschäftlich hier zu verbringen.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Unser Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen mitten in der Stadt. Die Infrastruktur ist perfekt. Geschäfte (Metzgerei, Bäckerei, Drogeriemarkt), Restaurants und das Zentrum sind fußläufig schnell und super zu erreichen.
