Vacation home in the biosphere reserve under a thatched roof Our lovingly furnished and exclusively equipped vacation home (non-smoking, 90 square meters, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms for max. 4 adults) is very quiet and close to Lake Neuensien on a plot of approx. 2000 square meters. The thatched-roof house was built in the typical regional Vorpommern style in 1999. It is located on the edge of the village of Lancken Granitz, near Sellin. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only about 4 km away. From the vacation home you can enjoy an unobstructed view of nature in the middle of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. The uniqueness of this landscape has therefore been placed under special protection by UNSECO. The renowned Baltic seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin and Baabe are in the immediate vicinity. The green, well-kept grounds invite you to sunbathe, barbecue or play. Comfortable garden furniture with cushions is available on the 30 m² sun-drenched and wind-protected south-west-facing terrace. The view of nature is unique, the peace and quiet soothing. The vacation home has been repeatedly awarded four stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association) and offers its guests a free WLAN Internet connection. There is a daily bread roll service and bicycles can be hired in the village. Fresh towels are ready for your arrival and the beds are already made up with bed linen. Rental bikes can be brought directly to the property on request. Storage facilities for bicycles available. The public transport bus stop is approx. 800 meters away. Our property is particularly centrally located, but quiet, near the Baltic Sea, ideal for nature lovers, peace seekers and dog lovers.

In the most beautiful and varied region of Rügen, our vacation home is located in the middle of the south-east Rügen biosphere reserve, directly in the hiking and cycling area and only a few minutes' drive from the renowned Baltic seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin.
