The fully furnished apartment is located in a house built around 1912, which has largely retained its original style and charm. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac and has only ever been occupied by family members over the decades, helping preserve its traditional character within the Bergisches Land landscape. Here, you can enjoy your leisure time in peace and quiet, away from traffic noise. Sleep with the windows open and wake up to the chirping of birds during the summer months. Despite the tranquil setting, the location is very central. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll reach a bus stop with service every 10 minutes. By bike, it takes about 60 minutes to reach Unterburg, below Castle Burg, or Müngsten, beneath the Müngstener Bridge. The house still retains its original architectural style. The exterior walls are made of brick and are 80 cm thick. The interior construction — stairs, floors, and ceilings — follows the traditional timber-framing method. This means that the load-bearing oak beams are embedded directly into the masonry. Just like 100 years ago, the toilet is still located in the hallway. Each apartment has its own private, lockable toilet.
