Your own private area to relax! Welcome to a spacious bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The area is clean, comfortable, and separated from the rest of the house. Bedroom: The bedroom is generously sized and features a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom: The bathroom is also spacious and filled with natural light. It includes a bathtub, a separate shower, and a toilet with a bidet. The layout creates a pleasant, bright atmosphere. Shared Kitchen: Our family kitchen can be used if needed. Please just let me know in advance so I can prepare it for you. You will receive the front door key personally from me. A few steps through the house lead to your private area. Please note: outside your area, parts of the house can occasionally look a bit untidy, as there might be some things stored there. Two small visual flaws: As shown in the pictures, the toilet currently doesn’t have a lid, and part of the plaster on the shower wall is slightly damaged. Both have no effect on functionality. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant — ideal for relaxation. The house is located in a small village area with lots of greenery and a calm atmosphere. By car, you can reach Nuremberg in about ten minutes, so you can easily enjoy the city while still having the peace and quiet of the countryside.
